  1. 6.17

    युक्ताहारविहारस्य युक्तचेष्टस्य कर्मसु

    yukta — moderate

    For one moderate in eating and rest, balanced in work, measured in sleep and waking — yoga becomes the slayer of sorrow.

  2. 6.47

    योगिनामपि सर्वेषां मद्गतेनान्तरात्मना

    yukta-tamaḥ — the highest yogi

    And of all who practise, the one who is turned inwardly to me with faith and worships me — that one I hold to be most joined of all.

  3. 7.18

    उदाराः सर्व एवैते ज्ञानी त्वात्मैव मे मतम्

    yukta-ātmā — those who are united

    All of them are worthy, but the one who knows is my very self, as I see it. Steady, that person has taken me as the highest goal.

  4. 7.30

    साधिभूताधिदैवं मां साधियज्ञं च ये विदुः

    yukta-chetasaḥ — in full consciousness of me

    Those who know me as governing matter, the gods and every offering — they know me even at the moment of departure.

    अनन्यचेताः सततं यो मां स्मरति नित्यशः

    yuktasya — engaged

    For the one whose mind does not turn elsewhere, who remembers me constantly and always, I am easy to reach, son of Pritha.

  6. 9.28

    शुभाशुभफलैरेवं मोक्ष्यसे कर्मबन्धनैः

    yukta-ātmā — having the mind attached to me

    So you will be freed from the bonds of action and its good and bad fruits. Joined by the yoga of renunciation, with a steady self, you will come to me.

    मय्यावेश्य मनो ये मां नित्ययुक्ता उपासते

    yukta-tamāḥ — situated highest in Yog

    Those who fix their minds on me and worship me, always steady, with the highest faith — I hold them to be the best joined.
