  1. 5.26

    कामक्रोधवियुक्तानां यतीनां यतचेतसाम्

    vimuktānām — of those who are liberated

    For those freed of desire and anger, restrained in mind, self-governed, the peace of Brahman is near on every side.

  2. 9.28

    शुभाशुभफलैरेवं मोक्ष्यसे कर्मबन्धनैः

    vimuktaḥ — liberated

    So you will be freed from the bonds of action and its good and bad fruits. Joined by the yoga of renunciation, with a steady self, you will come to me.

    गुणानेतानतीत्य त्रीन्देही देहसमुद्भवान्

    vimuktaḥ — freed from

    Having gone beyond these three strands, out of which the body arises, the embodied one is freed from birth, death, old age and pain, and reaches the deathless.

    निर्मानमोहा जितसङ्गदोषा अध्यात्मनित्या विनिवृत्तकामाः

    vimuktāḥ — liberated

    Free of vanity and delusion, having overcome the fault of attachment, constant in the self, free of longing, released from the opposites of pleasure and pain — such undeluded ones reach that unchanging place.

    एतैर्विमुक्तः कौन्तेय तमोद्वारैस्त्रिभिर्नरः

    vimuktaḥ — freed

    A person freed from these three gates of darkness, son of Kunti, does what is good for the self, and so goes to the highest.
