15.5 Who reaches it Krishna speaks
निर्मानमोहा जितसङ्गदोषा अध्यात्मनित्या विनिवृत्तकामाः
द्वन्द्वैर्विमुक्ताः सुखदुःखसंज्ञै र्गच्छन्त्यमूढाः पदमव्ययं तत्
nirmāna-mohā jita-saṅga-doṣhā
adhyātma-nityā vinivṛitta-kāmāḥ
dvandvair vimuktāḥ sukha-duḥkha-sanjñair
gachchhanty amūḍhāḥ padam avyayaṁ tat
Free of vanity and delusion, having overcome the fault of attachment, constant in the self, free of longing, released from the opposites of pleasure and pain — such undeluded ones reach that unchanging place.
Explanation
A short list of who gets there, and none of it is achievement.
Free of vanity and delusion, past the fault of attachment, constant in the self, without longing, released from the pairs of pleasure and pain.
