nānā-śhastra-praharaṇāḥ

अन्ये च बहवः शूरा मदर्थे त्यक्तजीविताः

nānā-śhastra-praharaṇāḥ — equipped with various kinds of weapons

and many other heroes besides, ready to lay down their lives for me — all of them armed with many weapons, all skilled in war.

पश्य मे पार्थ रूपाणि शतशोऽथ सहस्रशः

nānā-vidhāni — various

Behold my forms, son of Pritha, by hundreds and by thousands — of many kinds, divine, of many colours and shapes.

पृथक्त्वेन तु यज्ज्ञानं नानाभावान्पृथग्विधान्

nānā-bhāvān — manifold entities

But the knowledge which, seeing separateness, takes the many natures of beings to be distinct in kind, is of restlessness.
