vāsudevaḥ

बहूनां जन्मनामन्ते ज्ञानवान्मां प्रपद्यते

vāsudevaḥ — Shree Krishna, the son of Vasudev

After many births, one who knows comes to me, understanding that all this is Vasudeva. Such a soul is very rare.

वृष्णीनां वासुदेवोऽस्मि पाण्डवानां धनंजयः

vāsudevaḥ — Krishna, the son of Vasudev

Among the Vrishnis I am Vasudeva; among the Pandavas, Arjuna; among sages, Vyasa; and among the wise, Ushana.

इत्यर्जुनं वासुदेवस्तथोक्त्वा स्वकं रूपं दर्शयामास भूयः

vāsudevaḥ — Krishna, the son of Vasudev

Having said this to Arjuna, Krishna showed again his own form, and consoled the frightened one, taking on once more his gentle shape.
