यत्सांख्यैः प्राप्यते स्थानं तद्योगैरपि गम्यते

The place reached by renunciation is reached by yoga as well. One who sees that renunciation and yoga are one, sees.

वेदेषु यज्ञेषु तपःसु चैव दानेषु यत्पुण्यफलं प्रदिष्टम्

sthānam — Abode

Whatever merit is promised by the study of the Vedas, by offerings, by austerities and by giving — one who practises knows all of it, and goes beyond, to the first and highest place.

गतिर्भर्ता प्रभुः साक्षी निवासः शरणं सुहृत्

sthānam — store house

I am the goal, the upholder, the lord, the witness, the dwelling, the refuge, the friend; the origin, the dissolution, the ground, the resting place, and the imperishable seed.

तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत

sthānam — the abode

Take refuge in him with your whole being, Arjuna. By his grace you will come to the highest peace.
