    तानि सर्वाणि संयम्य युक्त आसीत मत्परः

    sanyamya — subduing

    Having brought them all under control, one should sit joined, intent on me. For the one whose senses are mastered, wisdom is firmly established.

    कर्मेन्द्रियाणि संयम्य य आस्ते मनसा स्मरन्

    Whoever restrains the organs of action while the mind still dwells on their objects is deluded, and is called a hypocrite.
