    जितात्मनः प्रशान्तस्य परमात्मा समाहितः

    praśhāntasya — of the peaceful

    For the self-mastered and peaceful, the highest self is steady — in cold and heat, pleasure and pain, honour and dishonour alike.

    प्रशान्तात्मा विगतभीर्ब्रह्मचारिव्रते स्थितः

    praśhānta — serene

    serene, fearless, holding to the vow of continence, mind restrained and turned on me — so one should sit, intent on me as the goal.

  3. 6.27

    प्रशान्तमनसं ह्येनं योगिनं सुखमुत्तमम्

    praśhānta — peaceful

    The highest happiness comes to such a practitioner, whose mind is at peace, whose restlessness is stilled, who has become one with Brahman, whose faults are gone.
