Holding body, head and neck straight and unmoving, still, gaze steady and not looking about,

This space between heaven and earth, and all the directions, is filled by you alone. Seeing this wonderful and terrible form of yours, great being, the three worlds tremble.

Seeing your mouths, terrible with their teeth, like the fires of the world's ending, I lose my bearings and find no shelter. Have mercy, lord of gods, refuge of the worlds.

It is fitting, Krishna, that the world rejoices and delights in praising you. The demons flee in every direction, and all the perfected bow.
