9.3 Those without faith in it Krishna speaks

अश्रद्दधानाः पुरुषा धर्मस्यास्य परन्तप
अप्राप्य मां निवर्तन्ते मृत्युसंसारवर्त्मनि

aśhraddadhānāḥ puruṣhā dharmasyāsya parantapa
aprāpya māṁ nivartante mṛityu-samsāra-vartmani

Those without faith in this way, Arjuna, do not reach me. They return again to the round of death.

Those without faith in this way do not reach him; they return to the round of death.

It sits oddly against everything that follows, which widens the door repeatedly — to those who want something, to other gods' worshippers, to the badly behaved. The only exclusion the chapter names is a lack of faith.
