7.15 Those who do not come Krishna speaks

न मां दुष्कृतिनो मूढाः प्रपद्यन्ते नराधमाः
माययापहृतज्ञाना आसुरं भावमाश्रिताः

na māṁ duṣhkṛitino mūḍhāḥ prapadyante narādhamāḥ
māyayāpahṛita-jñānā āsuraṁ bhāvam āśhritāḥ

Those who do harm do not come to me — the deluded, the lowest of people, whose knowledge is carried off by appearance, who have taken the side of what destroys.

Explanation

The exception, stated without softening.

Those who do harm do not come to him — knowledge carried off by appearance, having taken the side of what destroys.

Chapter 16 will spend twelve verses on this disposition. Here it gets one, and the diagnosis is the same: not wickedness first but a knowing that has been taken away.
