3.29 Those who know only part Krishna speaks

प्रकृतेर्गुणसम्मूढाः सज्जन्ते गुणकर्मसु
तानकृत्स्नविदो मन्दान्कृत्स्नविन्न विचालयेत्

prakṛiter guṇa-sammūḍhāḥ sajjante guṇa-karmasu
tān akṛitsna-vido mandān kṛitsna-vin na vichālayet

Those deluded by the strands of nature grow attached to their workings. The one who knows the whole should not unsettle those who know only part.

Explanation

And again: leave them alone.

Those deluded by the strands grow attached to their workings, and the one who knows the whole should not unsettle those who know only part.

The second time in three verses. The instruction is being repeated because it is easy to ignore, and because the natural impulse of someone who has understood is to explain.
