18.68 One who declares it Krishna speaks

य इमं परमं गुह्यं मद्भक्तेष्वभिधास्यति
भक्ितं मयि परां कृत्वा मामेवैष्यत्यसंशयः

ya idaṁ paramaṁ guhyaṁ mad-bhakteṣhv abhidhāsyati
bhaktiṁ mayi parāṁ kṛitvā mām evaiṣhyaty asanśhayaḥ

But one who declares this deepest secret among those devoted to me does the highest act of devotion, and will surely come to me.

Explanation

One who declares it among the devoted.

Does the highest act of devotion, and will surely come to me.

Teaching is being named as the greatest devotional act — above offering, austerity and giving. Which places the person reading this in the chain 4.1 described and 4.2 said had broken.
