    भोगैश्वर्यप्रसक्तानां तयापहृतचेतसाम्

    prasaktānām — whose minds are deeply attached

    For those attached to enjoyment and power, whose minds are carried off by such talk, no resolute understanding settles into stillness.

    आढ्योऽभिजनवानस्मि कोऽन्योऽस्ति सदृशो मया

    prasaktāḥ — addicted

    I am wealthy and well-born. Who is there like me? I shall offer sacrifices, I shall give, I shall enjoy.” So they think, deluded by unknowing.

    अनेकचित्तविभ्रान्ता मोहजालसमावृताः

    prasaktāḥ — attached

    Bewildered by many thoughts, caught in a net of delusion, attached to the enjoyment of desire, they fall into an unclean hell.
