    चतुर्विधा भजन्ते मां जनाः सुकृतिनोऽर्जुन

    jñānī — those who are situated in knowledge

    Four kinds of people come to me, Arjuna, and all of them do well: the distressed, the one who wants to know, the one who wants something, and the one who knows.

  2. 7.17

    तेषां ज्ञानी नित्ययुक्त एकभक्ितर्विशिष्यते

    jñānī — those who are situated in knowledge

    Of these, the one who knows — always steady, devoted to the one thing — stands out. I am dear to that person, and that person is dear to me.

  3. 7.18

    उदाराः सर्व एवैते ज्ञानी त्वात्मैव मे मतम्

    jñānī — those in knowledge

    All of them are worthy, but the one who knows is my very self, as I see it. Steady, that person has taken me as the highest goal.
