Pretence, arrogance, conceit, anger, harshness and ignorance belong to one born to the other nature, Arjuna.

आत्मसम्भाविताः स्तब्धा धनमानमदान्विताः

Self-important, stubborn, full of the pride of wealth, they make offerings in name only, for show, and not as the scriptures direct.

सत्कारमानपूजार्थं तपो दम्भेन चैव यत्
dambhena — with ostentation
Austerity performed for the sake of respect, honour and reverence, and with show, is said here to be of restlessness — unsteady and impermanent.
