7.6 Origin and dissolution Krishna speaks

एतद्योनीनि भूतानि सर्वाणीत्युपधारय
अहं कृत्स्नस्य जगतः प्रभवः प्रलयस्तथा

etad-yonīni bhūtāni sarvāṇītyupadhāraya
ahaṁ kṛitsnasya jagataḥ prabhavaḥ pralayas tathā

Know that all beings have their source in these two. I am the origin of the whole world, and its dissolution.

Explanation

Both natures have one source, and one end.

All beings arise from the two; he is the origin of the whole world and its dissolution.

Note that the dissolution is claimed as his too. The Gita never assigns creation to the divine and destruction to something else — chapter 11 will make Arjuna look at exactly that and be unable to.
