3.32 Those who scorn it Krishna speaks
ये त्वेतदभ्यसूयन्तो नानुतिष्ठन्ति मे मतम्
सर्वज्ञानविमूढांस्तान्विद्धि नष्टानचेतसः
ye tvetad abhyasūyanto nānutiṣhṭhanti me matam
sarva-jñāna-vimūḍhāns tān viddhi naṣhṭān achetasaḥ
But those who scorn it and do not live by it — deluded in every kind of knowledge, without discernment — know them to be lost.
Explanation
And those who scorn it.
Deluded in every kind of knowledge, without discernment — know them to be lost.
The harshest line in the chapter, and it is aimed at contempt rather than at ignorance. 3.26 and 3.29 asked the wise not to disturb the unknowing; the scornful are a different category.
