सक्ताः कर्मण्यविद्वांसो यथा कुर्वन्ति भारत
कुर्याद्विद्वांस्तथासक्तश्िचकीर्षुर्लोकसंग्रहम्
saktāḥ karmaṇyavidvānso yathā kurvanti bhārata
kuryād vidvāns tathāsaktaśh chikīrṣhur loka-saṅgraham
As the unwise act while attached to their work, so let the wise act while unattached, wishing only the good of the world.

From outside there is nothing to see. That is the whole difficulty of this teaching and the reason it needs eighteen chapters: the change it asks for is invisible.
