16.19 Cast again into the same wombs Krishna speaks

तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान्संसारेषु नराधमान्
क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु

tān ahaṁ dviṣhataḥ krūrān sansāreṣhu narādhamān
kṣhipāmy ajasram aśhubhān āsurīṣhv eva yoniṣhu

These hateful and cruel ones, the lowest of people, I cast again and again into wombs of the same nature, in the round of birth.

It is worth reading against 5.14 — the Lord creates no doership for anyone, it is one's own nature that acts — and noticing that the Gita does not reconcile the two.
