15.19 Knowing this is knowing everything Krishna speaks
यो मामेवमसम्मूढो जानाति पुरुषोत्तमम्
स सर्वविद्भजति मां सर्वभावेन भारत
yo mām evam asammūḍho jānāti puruṣhottamam
sa sarva-vid bhajati māṁ sarva-bhāvena bhārata
One who, undeluded, knows me as the highest person knows everything, and worships me with their whole being, Arjuna.
Explanation
Knowing this counts as knowing everything.
An enormous claim, and the operative word is asaṁmūḍhaḥ — undeluded. Not learned, not initiated: simply no longer mistaken about it.
And what follows knowing is worship with the whole being — not as a duty that comes after understanding, but as what understanding turns into.
