15.10 The eye of knowledge Krishna speaks
उत्क्रामन्तं स्थितं वापि भुञ्जानं वा गुणान्वितम्
विमूढा नानुपश्यन्ति पश्यन्ति ज्ञानचक्षुषः
utkrāmantaṁ sthitaṁ vāpi bhuñjānaṁ vā guṇānvitam
vimūḍhā nānupaśhyanti paśhyanti jñāna-chakṣhuṣhaḥ
The deluded do not see him departing or dwelling or experiencing, joined to the strands. Those with the eye of knowledge see.
Explanation
The difference is not in the seen but in the seeing.
The deluded do not notice him departing, dwelling or experiencing. Those with jñāna-cakṣus — the eye of knowledge — do.
Nothing in the situation differs between the two. Whatever this chapter is offering is not new information about the world; it is a change in what registers while looking at the same thing.
