11.55 Do my work, and hate no one Krishna speaks
मत्कर्मकृन्मत्परमो मद्भक्तः सङ्गवर्जितः
निर्वैरः सर्वभूतेषु यः स मामेति पाण्डव
mat-karma-kṛin mat-paramo mad-bhaktaḥ saṅga-varjitaḥ
nirvairaḥ sarva-bhūteṣhu yaḥ sa mām eti pāṇḍava
One who does my work, takes me as the highest, is devoted to me and free of attachment, and without hatred toward any being — that one comes to me.
Explanation
And then something almost domestic.
Do my work; take me as the highest; be devoted; be free of attachment — and without hatred toward any being.
After the thousand suns, the crushed heads, the apologies and the return, the chapter ends on the same first item as chapter 12's portrait of the devotee: not hating anyone. That is what the vision resolves into.
