11.19 The moon and sun your eyes Arjuna speaks

अनादिमध्यान्तमनन्तवीर्य मनन्तबाहुं शशिसूर्यनेत्रम्
पश्यामि त्वां दीप्तहुताशवक्त्रम् स्वतेजसा विश्वमिदं तपन्तम्

anādi-madhyāntam ananta-vīryam
ananta-bāhuṁ śhaśhi-sūrya-netram
paśhyāmi tvāṁ dīpta-hutāśha-vaktraṁ
sva-tejasā viśhvam idaṁ tapantam

Without beginning, middle or end, of endless power, of endless arms, the moon and sun your eyes — I see you, your mouth a blazing fire of offering, scorching this world with your own radiance.

Explanation

The moon and sun your eyes.

Endless power, endless arms — and a mouth that is a blazing fire of offering, scorching this world.

The image turns here. The mouth was decorative in 11.10; now it is a sacrificial fire, and the world is what is being burnt in it.
