10.9 Enlightening one another Krishna speaks
मच्चित्ता मद्गतप्राणा बोधयन्तः परस्परम्
कथयन्तश्च मां नित्यं तुष्यन्ति च रमन्ति च
mach-chittā mad-gata-prāṇā bodhayantaḥ parasparam
kathayantaśh cha māṁ nityaṁ tuṣhyanti cha ramanti cha
Their minds on me, their lives given to me, enlightening one another and always speaking of me, they are content and they rejoice.
Explanation
Enlightening one another, and always speaking of him.
Their minds on him, their lives given — and they are content and they rejoice.
The most sociable verse in the Gita. Almost every other description of the devoted has them alone; this one has them talking to each other, and enjoying it.
