10.7 Knowing these glories Krishna speaks
एतां विभूतिं योगं च मम यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः
सोऽविकम्पेन योगेन युज्यते नात्र संशयः
etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ cha mama yo vetti tattvataḥ
so ’vikampena yogena yujyate nātra sanśhayaḥ
One who truly knows these glories and powers of mine is joined to me by unwavering practice. Of this there is no doubt.
Explanation
Knowing this, one is joined.
These glories and powers — vibhūti and yoga — truly known, join a person to him by unwavering practice.
And then the emphatic closing that 8.5 and 12.8 also use: of this there is no doubt. It marks the verses the Gita is least willing to qualify.
