18.64 Hear again my highest word Krishna speaks
सर्वगुह्यतमं भूयः श्रृणु मे परमं वचः
इष्टोऽसि मे दृढमिति ततो वक्ष्यामि ते हितम्
sarva-guhyatamaṁ bhūyaḥ śhṛiṇu me paramaṁ vachaḥ
iṣhṭo ‘si me dṛiḍham iti tato vakṣhyāmi te hitam
Hear again my highest word, the deepest secret of all. You are dear to me, and so I will tell you what is for your good.

Hear again my highest word.
The deepest secret of all — you are dear to me, and so I will tell you what is for your good.
Having just released Arjuna to choose, Krishna speaks once more, and the reason given is the same one 10.1 and 4.3 gave: affection, not obligation.
