18.27 A doer who craves Krishna speaks
रागी कर्मफलप्रेप्सुर्लुब्धो हिंसात्मकोऽशुचिः
हर्षशोकान्वितः कर्ता राजसः परिकीर्तितः
rāgī karma-phala-prepsur lubdho hinsātmako ‘śhuchiḥ
harṣha-śhokānvitaḥ kartā rājasaḥ parikīrtitaḥ
A doer who craves, who covets the fruit of action, greedy, harmful by nature, unclean, moved by elation and grief, is said to be of restlessness.

Coveting the fruit, greedy, harmful by nature, unclean, moved by elation and grief.
The last pair is the diagnostic one, and it is the same one 5.20 and 12.17 use. Being moved by good news is on the list beside being moved by bad.
